Republican Forum of young public servants “Zhas Kelse – Iske!”

From 20 to 23 June 2019 in the “Shchuchinskii” Sanatorium Burabay district of the Akmola region, Public association “Trade Union of Government Servants, Bank Institutions and community services” together with the Agency for Civil Service Affairs held the Republican Forum of young public servants “Zhas Kelse-Icke!”.

The dialogue platform gathered over 170 participants from all regions of the Republic. The Forum provided for a rich educational program for public servants, both for senior positions and for executive staff. Leading trainers and coaches prepared special trainings and lectures.

Development Director of Samruk-Kazyna Corporate University and business coach Vladimir Shikov notes that such an organization of the forum is fruitful and effective, especially in terms of the implementation and implementation of government reforms. The participants themselves confirm that such meetings are necessary. Here you can exchange experience, replenish knowledge on practical management mechanisms and bring a lean into the life of the office. In addition, during the forum, the winners of the republican contest “The Best Civil Servant of the Republic of Kazakhstan” were noted. As well as, special attention was given to employees who had been active in the trade union movement of the Republic for many years.

Under the open sky, government servants and representatives of trade union organizations discussed the prospects for the development of the civil service, motivated each other. Interesting team building, excursions to Borovoy places, including the ethno-complex “Botai-Burabay” and the international springboard complex, were also waiting for the forum participants.
